Back in summer, I made a mixed fruit sauce from rhubarb, strawberries and apples.
Since I am no particular fan of sugar or any other kind of processed foods, I came up with the idea of using stevia and natural vanilla as flavors.
After washing and cleaning all ingredients, I chopped them and tossed them into a big pot, combined with a bit water, stevia and vanilla (how much is up to everyone’s gusto).
After about half an hour of simmering, I had the result. You can always make it smoother by using a mixer in the end.
