
White chocolate lemon butter pralines
Now for something really unhealthy but oh so good:
White chocolate
Butter
Confectioners sugar
Lemons (lemon juice, lemon zest)
a pinch of salt
Carefully melt all ingredients together (double the amount of white chocolate compared to butter) on the stove.
Pour into molds or roll the mass into any form you like after it has cooled down and hardened.
These pralines can be stored in the fridge for about a week.
