
Green beans with wasabi turkey roll ups
Ingredients
1-3 lean turkey breasts
250g green beans
wasabi paste
salt, pepper, chili
water
Clean the beans and chop off the ends. Put them in a pan.
Clean the turkey breasts and use a meat tenderizer to soften them.
After that, spread wasabi paste on the breasts, roll them up and fix the roll ups with toothpicks.
Set the roll ups on the beans and add spices (salt, pepper, chili, whatever you prefer!), then add water – enough to cover everything in the pan.
As soon as the water boils, let everything simmer for 10 minutes on medium heat.
Take out the beans and roll ups, take the toothpicks out and cut the roll ups in smaller pieces.
The original recipes calls for green asparagus instead of green beans but I didn’t have asparagus on hand and improvised with the green beans.
