14 days raw foods detox challenge – day 1
My weight loss progress is stuck right now and I assume, my body already got used to what I do. So I figured, I need to try something new and started a detox program where I still have caloric and fat intake, still get all necessary nutrients instead of starting a starvation program – eating less does not work for me, I am always hungry. Always!
What I am doing now is quite simple:
I eat raw fruits, vegetables, nuts and grains. I make smoothies with fruits, vegetables and almond milk. I cut out all dairies, all meat, of course as usual all processed foods.
Tonight’s dinner was schemed “EAT BY COLOR – orange and green”:
Almonds and avocado are necessary for the fatty intake, greens are high in fiber, fruits help me with my sweet tooth and I have to admit: I am stuffed!
