
14 days raw foods detox challenge – day 3
Day 3 was quite a challenge for me, I really craved warm and cooked food. Although I usually eat lots of salad, fruits and veggies, I had a hard time being ok with the raw food today. In the end, I am proud I made it.
If you’re craving something hot: drink tea! It helps!
My breakfast smoothie included
Blueberries
Raspberries
Banana
Spinach
Apple
Carrot
Matcha
Almond milk
Organic oats
After breakfast I went outside for a long run and did a HIT training, that’s why there hasn’t been a real lunch (also, I got up late – it’s Sunday ).
For dinner I made a salad with the leftovers from yesterday:
Red chard
Bulls blood
Mache
Rocket
Cauliflower
Broccoli
Cucumber
Tomatoes
Mushrooms
Pecan nuts
Red guacamole
Lemon juice
Black pepper
