
14 days raw foods detox challenge – day 4
My day started off with a smoothie, as every day now. I have to admit, though, it is a very good way to bring some diversification to the whole raw-food-business. It also helps during the week to have all necessary nutrients (and energy!) for the day.
I took blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, orange, mandarine, matcha, spinach, almond milk, organic oats, kiwi.
I also took bananas, apples and mandarines to work to have some snacks on hand.
For lunch I simply took the rest of my salad I had last night and topped it with some guacamole and basil pesto.
Dinner was something different – rocket salad with cherry tomatoes, pecans, almonds, seeds, olives, drizzled with lemon juice and fresh thyme.
Wow! That all looks delicious. You’ll feel so good at the end of this detox
