14 days raw foods detox challenge – day 6
Oh, how I love my morning boosts! I hope, I will get so used to this routine that I will keep going with my daily smoothie ritual.
This time, I added banana, celery, kaki or also called persimmon, mango, organic oats, matcha and almond milk.
I use matcha because I’m also not drinking coffee right now and matcha is higher in caffeine than coffee, which gives me my daily kick.
For lunch I had the leftovers from yesterday and also a banana, an apple and two mandarines.
I’m really looking forward to making zucchini noodles, or also now called zoodles, in the near future!!! I will keep you up to date how it worked out.
Since I was excited, I didn’t feel like preparing a big dinner and kept it simple. Just 3 tomatoes with 1/2 avocado, topped with fresh thyme, fresh basil, lemon juice and pepper. Yummy.
