14 days raw foods detox challenge – day 12
Sooo, busy travel day.
Started with chia pudding and smoothie. I really didn’t like the chia pudding. I don’t know what I did wrong but I was happy I had my fruit purée from the smoothie.
Smoothie was a full load of antioxidants: I blended mixed berries (raspberries, blackberries, currant, black currant, strawberries, elderberries) with protein powder and almond milk.
The chia pudding was WAY better with it!
Since I was on the plane lunch was coffee and water.
When I arrived, I went shopping and had a salad for dinner. Salad was made of mache, red bell pepper, tomatoes, red onion, cabbage, radish, seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, sesame), lemon juice and herbs, such as mint, thyme, garlic, roasted red pepper.
