
Hummus… again
Hummus is so versatile, so many delicious options!
For this hummus I used the following ingredients:
1 cup chickpeas
4 dried tomatoes, roughly chopped
1/2 jalapeño
1/2 green chili
juice and meat of 1/2 lime
2 tsp tahini
1 fresh garlic clove
5 tbsp filtered water
1 tsp coarse sea salt
1 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
Thoroughly blended in the food processor and topped with 1 tbsp evoo and 1 tsp roasted red pepper and chili powder.
