Raw green soup
Sorry guys, summer is taking all my time and I spend it outdoors. Most of the times I actually don’t cook, I’m going for salads and simple stuff…
This dish I want to share with you for so many reasons:
– it’s raw vegan
– it’s easypeasy to make
– it’s healthy
– it is loaded with fibre and chlorophyll
– it’s refreshing on hot days
– have I mentioned easy?
1/2 yellow paprika
2 stalks celery
1 good handful rocket
1 handful fresh parsley
3 green onions
10 leafs fresh chives
fresh cracked black pepper and sea salt
1.5 cups filtered water
optional: juice of 1/2 lemon or lime
Roughly chop everything and put it in a powerful blender, except for salt and pepper. Blend until smooth and season as desired.
Put the raw soup in the fridge in an airtight container for at least an hour, serve chilled!
